Student Support Counselor
Hi Fremont Eagles!
I am excited to introduce myself as the new Student Support Counselor at Fremont Elementary.
My name is Hannah Helm, and it is my honor to support our Fremont Eagles and their families. I
am a proud Fresno State alumni, earning both my bachelors and masters degrees in Social
Work from Fresno State.
As the Student Support Counselor, my goal is to help create a school community where every
member feels a sense of belonging and support in reaching their academic, social, and
emotional goals. I am passionate about fostering strong relationships between students,
families, the school, and the community to support students well-being. I provide individual and
group counseling, consultations with parents and teachers, and linkage to necessary school and
community-based resources and services.
