Student Support Specialist

Hi! I am the student support specialist at Fremont. I provide services to help students develop social skills, self-management, and learning strategies as students begin to find their self-concept and confidence as learners. As a counselor, I serve the entire student population by identifying socio-emotional and academic needs as well as developing their future career and/or college preparedness. I collaborate with teachers, staff and parents to meet the needs of every student. 

I have worked in education for 7 years in the central valley. I have conducted and published research outlining the best practice for school counselors. My goal is to make every student feel safe at school and to have the tools to reach their full potential. In my free time I like to spend time with my two dogs and travel the world!
